Our Story

Globee is a joint venture between global customer experience solutions and technology company, Everise, and UBASE — Korea’s largest customer relationship management provider. In response to movement restrictions caused by the pandemic, Everise and UBASE expanded their partnership with the launch of GBJ Services in Japan – a premium onshore CX solution for Japanese brands.
